hello beautiful ones.

i am overwhelmed with love and support that i have received from new york and wanted to send a smoke signal of gratitude to all those who came to support the show or have shown support.
Am in the studio with my friend and producer musician dan laureano. And i am excited to share this last song ' the animal days are gone. ' i think it is our best collaboration yet. Also getting a kickstarter campaign together in conjuction with the manup.org campaign which seeks to eradicate violence against women through youth empowerment globally. Not only will you be showing support for indie music you will also be helping the delegates for the man up campaign from afghanistan.

capitalism a love story

documentaries somehow always tug at the heart strings.
i find myself deep in vulnerability as the truth unfolds and my heart
opens to reality more and more with each frame of honesty showing itself to me.
Oh revelation.
Oh profit
Oh prophet !


and just learned that apparently california has the highest rate of recidivism in the penal system of the US of America.
That means 71 % of inmates who are incarcerated do their time and are released RETURN to the system.

this like capitalistic greed an insatiable beast who shows no mercy.

so i've been keepin' on with these mixes and its feeling good.
the new song ' i wont fall apart ' is really coming together nicely.
its a bit of a departure for me, a new sound and direction if you will.
more elecrto-ey less rocky folky.

i've been digging that song by la roux called bulletproof
i listen to it while i'm running.... very run-able song.

tuesday night project ( merci )

want to send some love to the Tuesday Night project Organization for an amazing gig last tuesday
I had a really spectacular time and got to hear some stunning performances from poets and singers alike.

If you dont think there's a revolution happening in LA there is.
